AEW News: Britt Baker Reportedly Signs With All Elite Wrestling

All Elite Wrestling has reportedly signed Britt Baker!
Now that All Elite Wrestling has officially launched, we’ve discussed multiple times already all the other details that still need to be worked out, including securing a television deal (find more on that here) and filling out a roster.
While there is currently and will likely be lots of speculation regarding who might sign with AEW in the coming weeks or months, it looks like they’ve already added another female star to their talent pool.
According to F4WOnline, Britt Baker has signed with the promotion. Many fans will know Baker due to her relationship with NXT Superstar Adam Cole, but will also remember her appearance on RAW in 2016 against Nia Jax or on NXT last year when she met Shayna Baszler, suffering a shoulder injury during the match. Britt was also a part of All In last September, taking on Chelsea Green, Tessa Blanchard and Madison Rayne in a 4-Way.
At this time, any details on plans for a Women’s Division in All Elite Wrestling are unknown, however it’s being said that Brandi Rhodes will be a “key person” when it comes to AEW’s female stars.

ZARIA Betrays Sol Ruca to Win Last Woman Standing at NXT Revenge
ZARIA once again betrayed Sol Ruca’s trust and used that treachery to secure victory in a Last Woman Standing match that closed out week two of NXT Revenge. The brutal stipulation match ended with ZARIA unable to be counted out, cementing her dominance over Ruca.
Sol Ruca had been featured earlier on the Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania, going one-on-one with new WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, but she could not overcome ZARIA’s final attack at NXT Revenge. The result pushes ZARIA further into the spotlight while leaving Ruca regrouping after a tough week.
