NXT shares Team “Black ‘n’ Gold” meeting backstage after NXT on Tuesday.
Johnny Gargano apologized to the team for not winning the WarGames advantage, but they’ve been at a disadvantage since day one of 2.0. Pete Dunne says it doesn’t matter that Team 2.0 has the bloody advantage. Dunne’s been in WarGames before, those guys don’t have a clue. LA Knight says, “I dunno, man. Guys, I’m just not sure at this point. Word is on the street is maybe we bit of more than we can chew. I mean, look at ’em. They’re big, they’re strong. I mean, what can we do, right? WRONG! 2.0, let me talk to ya! Tonight, you got the advantage. Huh? I said, tonight you got the advantage, YEAH.”
Knight wants Team 2.0 to live that up, absorb it, let it sink in. That advantage, that illusion will get shattered. These four, when they are put to pressure, when they’re told no, when they’re told, “We don’t want you here anymore!” THAT is when they excel. Knight is with excellence! The Bruiserweight, one of the longest reigning NXT UK Champions. The FIRST NXT Triple Crown Winner, Johnny Wrestling. And the current TWO-TIME TWO-TIME NXT Champion? What does that mean? Dues paid in full, time and again. Some want to say that stuff doesn’t matter. It matters to Knight! It matters to them!
So for Sunday, you ain’t gotta like them or even respect them. Because once the cage comes down and the rings are in place, these four step into the ring, each and everyone of Team 2.0 gets the respect stomped outta their asses! That isn’t an insult, that is just a fact of life, YEAH. Tommaso Ciampa adds that Team 2.0 knows they messed up by looking across the ring and seeing DIY. Who? D I Y. Together again! Representing black ‘n’ gold. And there’s one thing they like to say about that: “WE are NXT.” The 2.0 boys better be prepared for war. Game on.

Trick Williams says, “Here’s what we gotta do. Strap up your boots, grab the protein shakes, because tonight, our lives are about to change forever! We goin’ viral tonight.” Grayson Waller likes the sound of that! But Andre Chase walks in and says if they’re not talking strategy right now, then this is a #TeachableMoment! Aw man, c’mon… Just hear him out. “You don’t go to war without a good game plan.” And who better to be the general than Andre Chase? Chase thinks Waller should start, then- Whoa, whoa, whoa. Bron Breakker shows up as he slaps Chase on the back. He asks how everyone’s doing. Good. Chase is calling the shots? Y-Yeah…? Hey, Tony, what do we call guys like that? Stunatz. They all laugh at Chase and Tony says they don’t need Chase’s help. But maybe Chase should walk or there’s gonna be problems. Alright, but don’t come asking him for help later. Who even is this guy? Chase leaves, Team 2.0 fist bumps all around. Will they be ready for what Team Black ‘n’ Gold brings to the cage?
NXT takes a closer look at the Women’s WarGames match.
Mandy Rose says Toxic Attraction has changed NXT, because Toxic Attraction is the attraction. That is why they are the faces of 2.0. And by the way, thanks, Dakota. But in regards to #CobraKai and Big Mami Cool, what started at Halloween Havoc could end here tonight. Common enemies make for unlikely allies, and Raquel Gonzalez says her team “is the definition of WarGames.” Cora Jade says this is the stage where she belongs. Kay Lee Ray says they have the advantage, and Io Shirai says WarGames didn’t change her, she changed WarGames. Mandy doesn’t get why the other team is so confident when her team has all the gold, plus the wild card in Dakota.
Gigi Dolin says there will be no mercy, and Jacy Jayne says, “Let the Toxic Games begin!” They are ready for war! Dakota smiles at the idea that they’ll all be trapped in the cage, like animals! Raquel vows her team will tear the cage down and kick some toxic ass. Who runs the NXT Women’s Division after tonight? That match opens the show!
The battle lines have been drawn!
The game has changed, but the mission is the same: win. The stakes have been raised, the gates have been opened, and bad blood will boil over. NXT is in a state of WARGAMES!
Women’s WarGames: Io Shirai, Raquel Gonzalez, Kay Lee Ray & Cora Jade VS Dakota Kai & Toxic Attraction!
The Evil Genius, Big Mami Cool, the Scary Queen of Scots & #GenerationJade have the advantage against #CapKota and the golden trio of women’s champions. But will that help Shirai, Raquel, KLR & Cora end the arrogant attitudes of Dakota, Mandy, Gigi & Jacy?
After all their entrances, KLR goes right into the cage, and she’s bringing her baseball bat! Dakota starts for her team, and she makes sure to bring some kendo sticks with her. The door closes and the teams are up in the cages in the bleachers. The bell rings and fans chant for “WAR~ GAMES!” as the clock counts down. Dakota rushes to the divide and KLR JAMS her with the bat! Dakota shoulders back into KLR, then hurries into the second ring. Dakota blocks the superkick to throw forearms, then she whips KLR. KLR stops from hitting steel and elbows Dakota back. KLR whips, Dakota stops herself from hitting steel, but turns around into CHOPS!
KLR whips, Dakota reverses then drops down to keep KLR moving. KLR comes back to dropkick Dakota down! Fans fire up, KLR stands Dakota up and CHOPS her. KLR has Dakota in a corner and CHOPS her again! KLR brings Dakota around but Dakota denies the tornado DDT. So KLR runs up into the corner to SATELLITE DDT! KLR looms over Dakota, drags her up, and she whips, only for Dakota to reverse and send KLR into steel! KLR writhes, Dakota stomps her down at three minutes left. Dakota RAMS KLR into steel, then fetches her kendo sticks. Dakota bridges the sticks between the two rings, then SMACKS KLR with one before adding it to the bridge.
Dakota drags KLR over, RAMS her into steel again, then digs her face into the grate! Fans rally and duel, Dakota fidgets and pushes KLR under the ropes. KLR fights Dakota and kicks her away. They go to the first ring and Dakota CLUBS KLR down. Dakota drags KLR up to whip her to a corner. Dakota then goes up from the divider side, brings KLR up, but KLR fights with body shots! KLR GAMANGIRIS Dakota! Dakota kicks KLR away, hurries into the second ring and gets KLR’s bat! But KLR goes up FLYING from ring to ring to take Dakota down! KLR gets the kendo stick to SMACK Dakota!
KLR decides to take advantage of Dakota’s kendo stick bridge. She brings Dakota through the ropes, suplexes and GOURD BUSTER onto the sticks! Dakota writhes and we’re at the last 10 seconds. Fans count it down, but Dakota JAWBREAKERS! KLR’s team adds Cora Jade! Cora hurries to ringside and gets a skateboard! Cora hops in and SMACKS Dakota with the board! And again! Dakota ducks then leaps over Cora, but Cora ducks and whips to kick. Dakota blocks that but Cora ENZIGURIS! Dakota staggers, Cora waistlocks but Dakota bucks the O’Conner, only to get a SHINING WIZARD against the steel! Fans fire up with Cora and she helps KLR up.
Cora stomps Dakota in the corner, KLR adds on. Fans taunt Cora, “You Can’t Skate!” Cora snapmares and KICKS Dakota in the back! KLR drags Dakota up to snapmare and KICK! Dakota scrambles away into the second ring, but Cora and KLR follow her. Dakota is in a corner, she kicks back but KLR stomps her down. KLR and Cora double suplex Dakota! Fans want that “One More Time!” and they get Dakota back up for another double suplex! KLR taunts Toxic Attraction, then she and Cora double suplex again. But Dakota makes it at DOUBLE DDT! Dakota CLUBS KLR, then hammers Cora. The countdown returns as Dakota stomps Cora, but Cora hits back.
Toxic Attraction sends Gigi to the ring! Gigi goes looking underneath and she brings out a trash can! And a duffel bag, too! She puts those in, and TOSSES the can at Cora! Cora goes down, Gigi climbs up. Gigi leaps, Cora gets under, but Gigi BOOTS her down! KLR runs in but Gigi shoves her, rounds and STO’s! Dakota BOOTS KLR, Gigi hits a HALF ‘N’ HALF! Dakota then adds a SUPERKICK! Gigi runs in to wrench Cora and snapmare, then KICK her in the back! Dakota keeps KLR down as Gigi SWITCHBLADE KICKS Cora! Dakota digs her boot into KLR in the corner, Gigi drags Cora up to CLUB her down. Gigi bumps Cora off buckles, stomps her, then KICKS her!
Dakota and Gigi coordinate, they switch, STEREO BOOTS in the corners! Dakota stands Cora back up, she and Gigi switch again, another STEREO BOOTS! Cora hits Gigi back and throws knees, snapmare roll and basement dropkick! KLR hits Dakota back and they go to the second ring. Gigi sits up against ropes but Cora takes the trash can to put it over her. Cora runs and basement dropkicks the can! Gigi flops over, KLR gets Dakota in the Gory Especial, KLR BOMB onto the trash can! Gigi flounders out of the can, clutching her mouth! The countdown returns as Cora stomps Gigi and KLR SMACKS Dakota with the trash can.
Now Io Shirai joins the match! Dakota hits KLR back but Shirai is bringing in chairs! Cora stomps Gigi and Dakota to keep them down while KLR gets the chairs from Shirai. Shirai brings out another trash can, and the lid. Dakota corners Cora to then BOOT Shirai down! Dakota RAMS Shirai into steel! Gigi digs her boots into Shirai, then drags her up to whip her into more steel! Dakota stomps KLR, stomps Shirai, and Gigi adds on! Cora kicks back but Gigi CLUBS her down! Dakota BOOT WASHES KLR! Gigi BOOTS Cora down, Dakota CLUBS Cora. Gigi digs her boots into KLR, but Cora gets her skateboard! Only for Dakota to BOOT her down!
KLR SMACKS Gigi with the trash can, but Gigi kicks her back. Cora CLUBS Dakota, KLR ROCKS Gigi! KLR gives Gigi a GOURD BUSTER, but hen Dakota pulls KLR’s hair! Cora goes up top, kicks Dakota away and then walks the ropes to RANA in the gap! Cora fires up and then runs in, only for Dakota to dodge! Gigi slips in and CLOBBERS Cora into the posts! Gigi snarls and fans are on her side as she stalks up to KLR. KLR tries to hit back but Gigi CLUBS her down. The countdown returns as Gigi KICKS KLR against ropes. Toxic Attraction sends Jacy Jayne! Dakota uses a chair while Jacy brings out a TABLE! Fans like that!
Dakota sets chairs up in a corner, Gigi makes room so she can help Jacy with the table. Dakota CLUBS KLR down, then keeps Cora and Shirai down. Jacy TOSSES the can into KLR, then BOOTS her down! KLR falls between the chairs Dakota set up, then Gigi clubs away on Cora. Cora shoves her away but Gigi RANAS Cora to ropes! Jacy runs in to KNEE Cora down! Fans chant, “Let’s Get Toxic!” “Toxic Sucks!” as Gigi knees Shirai down! Gigi holds Shirai up as Jacy builds speed, but Shirai brings Gigi down and the KNEE hits Gigi! Shirai ROCKS Jacy, blocks Dakota’s boot and sends it into Jacy! Shirai then SHOTEIS Dakota!
Fans fire up as Shirai runs into the corner, SHINKANSEN for Toxic Attraction! SHINKANSEN for Dakota! Shirai has the trash can lid now, FULL METAL SHINKANSEN for Toxic Attraction! FULL METAL SHINKANSEN for Dakota! Shirai makes Dakota hold the lid so that Shirai can get a big SWINGING DOUBLE KNEES! 619 for Jacy! Cora has set up the table in the second ring, and now she, KLR and Shirai have Jacy all alone! She tries to get away and Gigi reaches out, but KLR BOOTS Gigi down! Shirai ROCKS Jacy, KLR adds on! Jacy ends up on the table, and fans fire up as Cora decides to climb! The new kid wants to go extreme, and she’s on the cage!
SUPER SWANTON BOMB through the table!! Fans lose their minds, and mad respect from the veterans for that one! But Cora is also clutching her arm, did she do as much damage to herself as she did to Jacy? KLR makes sure Dakota is still down in the other ring, then she ROCKS Gigi! Gigi shoves KLR but KLR kicks her and bumps her off buckles. KLR digs her boot into Gigi, Cora makes her way to the first ring. Cora tries her best with just one arm but it might be too much. KLR CHOKES Dakota with a kendo stick! Shirai says Cora is good, and she closes the door! But is this a smart move from the Evil Genius? She has the arm, and she POPS it in for Cora!!
The countdown returns as Dakota JAWBREAKERS KLR! But now, here comes RAQUEL! Ricky Desperado looks under the ring, KLR CLUBS Dakota down, Raquel finds more trash cans and hands them in to KLR. Same goes for more chairs. AND A SHOVEL! But Dakota kicks at Raquel, then closes the door! Dakota and Gigi keep the door shut on Raquel, but Raquel gets a fire extinguisher! WHOOSH, and she puts Dakota and Gigi out! Raquel gets in and rallies on them with elbows and a BOOT! Fireman’s carry for Dakota, then Raquel gets a trash can! Raquel pops Dakota around and shoves her into the can! Then Raquel swings the can around!
Gigi runs over but gets BOPPED by the trash can! Raquel then TOSSES the can and Dakota with it! Raquel KICKS the can, then checks on Cora in the other ring. Shirai takes the trash can off Dakota to go up the corner with it, then up the cage! Dakota goes after Shirai to take the can away. KLR goes after Dakota, but Gigi SMACKS KLR with a kendo stick! Gigi and Jacy climb, but then Raquel adds on! DOUBLE POWERBOMB GERMAN SUPLEX, because KLR went with Toxic Attraction! Shirai kicks Dakota and Raquel catches her! SPINEBUSTER! Raquel puts the can back around Dakota and sets her up for OVER THE MOONSAULT!!
Fans fire up with Shirai and Raquel, and Raquel goes back to check on Cora. Cora gets feeling into her bad arm, but is she in any shape to fight? Gigi regroups with Dakota, the countdown returns, but we all know that Mandy Rose finally joins the fight! Mandy grins and struts as she gets right in, grabs a chair, and JAMS Raquel! Then SMACKS her on the back! Mandy sees Cora in the other ring and goes right for her. Shirai grabs at Mandy’s leg but Mandy kicks her away. Mandy grins as she picks on Cora. “Does your arm hurt?” Mandy drags Cora by the arm! But Shirai CLOBBERS Mandy and kicks her away!
Toxic Attraction regroups with Dakota, but Shirai, Raquel & KLR stand in their way! WarGames truly begins now, in that it can finally end, and it is clear Cora is the target. Shirai and team dare Toxic Attraction to try when they all have a kendo stick. KLR looks at Cora, and creeps over. What is KLR thinking? Dakota jumps in and get a SMACK! KLR then tosses the stick to Cora so she can defend herself as the brawl breaks loose! Shirai is after Gigi, Mandy and Jacy mug Raquel and KLR avoids a DDT to chairs from Dakota, but she still gets knocked down by Gigi! Dakota covers, Shirai breaks it! Mandy pulls Shirai’s hair but Shirai gets around to GERMAN SUPLEX! Cover, Jacy breaks it!
Jacy gets a chair, sets it down, Shirai runs in but FULL METAL SPINEBUSTER! Jacy runs but Raquel CLOBBERS her! Gigi runs at Raquel, tilt-o-whirls, but Raquel blocks the DDT with power! Raquel puts Gigi up top, SMACKS her off steel, then gets Jacy up. Raquel brings Jacy around, adds Gigi to it, but Mandy SMACKS her with a kendo stick! Toxic Attraction picks on Raquel, KICKS and SMACKS from all sides! Gigi RANAS Raquel into a chair, Jacy FULL METAL DROPKICKS! Double cover, but CORA smacks that apart! Cora has one arm to use that kendo stick with, but she retreats to the second ring as Toxic Attraction & Dakota regroup.
Cora fires off with the kendo stick on everyone! But she gets knocked down, and they sit her up for Mandy to stomp! Mandy runs, KNEE FROM A ROSE! Cover, TWO!! Cora survives and shocks everyone! Cora is surprised, too, but Mandy drags her up to go after the bad arm! Dakota keeps KLR down, Gigi & Jacy stomp Raquel, but Shirai springs up and has a kendo stick to SMACK Mandy! KLR schoolgirls Dakota into buckles! Jacy SMACKS Shirai with a chair, then Gigi BOOTS KLR against the steel. Raquel gets Jacy for a CHINGONA BOMB! Double BOOTS take Gigi and Raquel down! Cora is the only one up! She hurries to high stack Jacy, HER TEAM WINS!

Ciampa says, “Boys. WarGames.” Huh? WarGames! YEAH! Gargano finally gets into a WarGames. Could also be his last, but he’s excited to be in one with these guys. Knight says it’s his first, too, but Dunne and Ciampa have been in this before, but one thing they’ve all done is have that big match feeling. In the other locker room is a bunch o’ boys because they ain’t ever felt this before. They have a glimmer of hope because of the man-up advantage. Well someone told them the wrong damn story, YEAH! Ciampa asks Bruiserweight his input, Dunne just shrugs. Beautiful. But this is big for them. Tonight, it isn’t just their moment. This is Gargano’s moment. Is that to say Gargano kicks off WarGames for his team?
NXT Tag Team Championships: Imperium VS Kyle O’Reilly & Von Wagner!
Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner do not respect the team of #CoolKyle and big Von Wagner. It may be that they’re still rather fresh as a duo. It may be that they do not show the same reverence for the ring. And it’s most certainly because as Europeans, they look down on Americans. Will the Impeccable German & Pride of Italy keep the mat sacred? Or will Kyle & Von make Imperium admit in all languages that they greatly underestimated them?
The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we’re about to see if arrogance gets in the way of dominance!
The teams sort out, Kyle starts against Barthel. The two circle, fans rally up, and they tie up. Kyle waistlocks, Barthel wrenches and arm-drags Kyle to then roll and wrench to a wristlock. Kyle rolls, Barthel rolls with him! Fans duel, “Let’s Go, Kyle!” “Kyle Sucks!” Kyle spins, steps through and back drops Barthel! Barthel tries to sunset flip but Kyle has the arm for an ARMBAR! Barthel hurries to high stack, ONE! Barthel whips Kyle, tags Aichner, Aichner arm-drags Kyle to a cording hold! Fans rally, Kyle fights up but Aichner wrenches. Kyle CLUBS free, ROCKS Aichner, but Aichner CHOPS and CHOPS and CHOPS back! Kyle turns it around, Aichner dodges and CHOPS again!
Aichner puts Kyle in the corner, whips him corner to corner but Kyle goes under, and KICKS Aichner down! Tag to Wagner, Kyle sets Aichner up, LEAP FROG ATTACK! Von drags Aichner up to back suplex high and hard! Cover, ONE! Von pushes Aichner down to then FALLING HEADBUTT! Cover, TWO! Von drags Aichner up, tags in Kyle, and they stomp and KICK and HEADBUTT Aichner over and over! Kyle drags Aichner up, wrenches, but Aichner gets free to CHOP! Kyle KICKS, Aichner CHOPS! Aichner blocks the kick, Kyle catches the chop! Kyle wrenches, knees low and has a facelock! Aichner fights but Kyle cranks the hold, but Barthel gets in!
Kyle kicks at Barthel and he backs off, Aichner uses that distraction to snap suplex Kyle away! Tag to Barthel, Aichner puts Kyle in a corner and Barthel whips corner to corner. Barthel runs in to EuroUpper, GAMANGIRI then HALF HATCH! Barthel hops up the corner, leaps, but into a KICK! Barthel keeps Kyle from Von to whip and ROCK, then snapmare and PENALTY KICK! Barthel holds up a finger to shout, “NEIN!” Barthel brings Kyle up but Kyle WRINGS his arm! Tag to Von and he rallies on Barthel! BIG shoulder tackle, then a scoop and SLAM! Von fires up, runs in but blocks the boot. Barthel brings Von down to KICK him away, hot tag to Aichner!
Aichner rams Von but Von stays up! Aichner CHOPS, dodges Von’s lariat and catches the Thesz Press for a squat! ROLLING SENTON! Fans fire up seeing that display of strength! Aichner drags Von up, wrenches and clamps onto the arm to tag in Barthel. Aichner whips, Barthel arm-drags but Von blocks to CLOBBER Barthel! Tag to Kyle, he BOOTS Aichner, then kitchen sink knees Barthel! Kyle clinches, throws knees, then fires off KICKS and SLAPS! Leg sweep! Barthel goes to the corner, Kyle runs in to forearm smash! Wrench and ELBOW BREAKER, but Barthel forearms. Kyle fires off more heavy strikes, ROCKS Barthel, then runs, into a cheap shot from Aichner!
Barthel CLOBBERS Kyle! Fans fire up and rally as Barthel scrapes his soles on Kyle’s face, then basement EuroUppers! Barthel drags Kyle up, tags Aichner, and Imperium whips Kyle to CLOBBER him! Aichner stomps Kyle around, rains down fists, then he talks trash to Von. Aichner drags Kyle up to RAM him into the corner. Tag to Barthel, Barthel whips Kyle again but Kyle ducks Aichner’s clothesline to BOOT Barthel! Kyle KNEES Aichner down, and Imperium both tumble to the floor! Kyle crawls the long way across the ring, but Aichner gets in to intercept! Kyle back drops Aichner away! Hot tag to Von!
Von rallies on Imperium with big clotheslines, boots and shoulders! Aichner dodges but gets a LEG LARIAT! Von whips, Barthel reverses, Von clips Aichner to then POWERSLAM Barthel! Gut wrench SLAM for Aichner! Von DOUBLE CLOTHESLINES Imperium out! Fans fire up for Von and he fires up as he hurries out after Imperium. Von CLOBBERS Barthel, CLOBBERS Aichner, gets back in the ring to then go out and give Imperium an APRON BACK SUPLEX! Kyle runs and FLYING KNEES Aichner down! Von gets Barthel for an OLYMPIC SLAM in the ring! Cover, TWO!! Barthel survives but Von keeps his cool.
Von drags Barthel up, Barthel JAWBREAKERS! But Von choke grips! Barthel CLUBS the arm, CHOPS and kicks and CLUBS Von, then underhooks! Von blocks the suplex and throws Barthel away. HEADBUTT, and Barthel falls! Von steadies himself, storms over, but Barthel trips him into buckles! Aichner tags in, they set Wagner in the ropes, CORNER DOUBLE DROPKICK! Cover, TWO! Aichner tags Barthel back in, Barthel goes up and Aichner reels Von in. But Von back drops free! Barthel leaps, into a choke grip! CHOKE SLAM onto Aichner! Von hobbles and tags in Kyle! Kyle goes up top, KING KONG KNEE DROP to Barthel’s leg! HEEL HOOK!!
Barthel endures, fans rally and duel, Barthel clubs away at Kyle’s legs but Kyle pulls harder on Barthel’s! Barthel drags himself over, Aichner gets up to springboard TRIANGLE MOONSAULT!! Direct hit on Kyle and fans lose their minds! Everyone is down, “This is Awesome!” Barthel puts Kyle up top, Aichner tags in! Barthel GAMANGIRIS Kyle, Aichner BOOTS Von! And Von Wagner, if you didn’t think I smelled that turn coming from a mile away, you must be stupider than you look!” This is the first time in five years Kyle wasn’t in a WarGames match, and he’s hungry for some steel. So if Von wants to finish what he started, they can leave that cage up for Tuesday, because Kyle wants him inside that steel! As promised by Trick Williams, Melo starts for his team. And as Ciampa, Johnny Freakin’ Wrestling starts! Gargano even returns to his old theme song to remind us all who has been the heart of this brand all this time! Fans are thunderous already as the bell rings. Gargano wants Melo to hear the chants as he and Melo circle. “Johnny WarGames” gets the waistlock, hooks an arm, spins Melo around, and wrangles him down. Melo gets up but Gargano wrenches. Melo rolls, wrenches, but Gargano headlocks to a takeover. Melo headscissors but Gargano shrugs that off. They get up, Melo pops out the back to hammerlock and bridge.
Gargano endures but Melo rolls to have the hammerlock again. Gargano reaches back but Melo fights the headlock off. They get up, Melo wrenches again, then headlocks. Gargano throws body shots, powers out, things speed up and Gargano hurdles. Melo leaps, things keep moving, Gargano arm-drags but Melo rolls off his back. Melo shoves, springboards and FLYING ARM-DRAGS! Gargano is in a corner, he dodges Melo but Melo pops him up, but Gargano kicks off the cage to arm-drag Melo and SCHOOLBOY KICK! Fans fire up and Gargano smirks. Trick coaches Melo but Gargano brings Melo up into a corner.
Gargano CHOPS, but Melo headlocks. Gargano just CHOPS again! Melo keeps trying but Gargano CHOPS, whips corner to corner, but runs into an elbow. Gargano puts Melo in a corner, Dunne DECKS Waller! Melo ROCKS Gargano but Dunne CHOPS Melo! Dunne SLAPS Melo, Melo comes back to tilt-o-whirl FACEBUSTER! Melo sees Dune go to the second ring and springboards over, but Dunne DECKS him! Waller slingshots and somersaults to STUNNER! The countdown returns as Waller does the same to GARGANO! Team 2.0 sends Tony D’Angelo! And Tony gets right in as Trick sends in kendo sticks!
Trick brings TABLES out! Trick passes those in to Tony and Waller, they get three tables in the ring! Melo SMACKS Gargano with the kendo stick, Trick adds trash cans to the mix! Lids included! Wait, a crutch!? Trick goes way under the ring, but LUMIS appears!! Dexter Lumis, bad hand and all, has just changed the vibe! Gargano DECKS D’Angelo, and gives Lumis a thumbs up! Tony uses a chain to DECK Gargano! Melo positions things, Tony uses the chain to shut the cage door?! Then how is anyone supposed to get in, Bron included? Tony and Melo mug Gargano, Waller has Dunne in the second ring. Dunne hurries over but Melo SMACKS him down with the lid!
Melo stomps the lid into Dunne but Dunne hits him back with it. Tony and Waller mug Gargano with kendo sticks and trash can lids. Waller SMACKS Dunne down! Fans are thunderous and dueling as the countdown returns. Black ‘n’ Gold sends LA Knight, but the cage is shut! Waller taunts Knight, but Knight looks under the ring. Dunne and Gargano are pressed against the steel, refs try to figure out the chain and padlock. Knight starts to CLIMB! Waller intercepts but Knight knocks him down! Knight is in, and he leaps over Melo and Tony! Knight breaks through the clothesline to TOSS Melo and BOOT Tony! Fans fire up for Knight for once!
Knight whips Melo into Waller, then gives him a NECKBREAKER! But Waller CLOBBERS Knight from behind! Waller whips, Knight ducks and reels him in, RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! Dunne then takes Waller’s glove off so he can get at the fingers directly! Refs get bolt cutters to cut the chain! Dunne puts the can on Waller’s hand to press it like a vice! Gargano fires off on Tony with the trash can lid! Dunne has a kendo stick and he SMACKS Waller’s fingers! Knight stomps a mudhole into Melo! Dunne digs the kendo stick into Waller’s ear! The countdown is back and Bron Breakker joins the match! But, the chain isn’t cut yet? Bron takes the cutters and goes after the chain! Fans taunt him with “Booty Nephew” as he struggles, but he finally gets it cut! Bron rushes in, blocks the kendo stick and OVERHEAD Belly2Belly suplex Dunne!
Bron CLOBBERS Gargano, kicks Knight, then whips Knight, only for Knight to reverse. Bron ducks and dodges to POWERSLAM Knight down! Fans bark and rally for Bron but Gargano SMACKS and Dunne ENZIGURIS! Dunne KICKS Bron into the gap! Dunne brings Bron up to SLAP him! And CHOP! And CHOP! Bron scowls as he tanks the jabs, to OVERHEAD Belly2Belly Dunne into the second ring! Gargano rushes in but Bron gets Gargano for a trophy lift! Bron TOSSES Gargano at Knight and Dunne! Bron paces, goes to the second ring, and Melo rains down rights on Dunne while Bron stomps Knight. Tony rains down fists on Gargano, and there’s still 90 seconds on the clock.
Melo drags Dunne up to RAM him into the table! Tony digs his boot into Gargano, Bron RAMS his shoulder into Knight. Melo gets a trash can lid to JAM Dunne. Waller has a kendo stick and he has Tony set Knight up for him. Waller SMACKS Knight right on the back, but now it’s time! Fans are already singing, “Ciampa’s gonna kill~ you~!” Ciampa rushes to the ring, and he kicks Waller to take the kendo stick from him! Ciampa SMACKS Waller, kicks Melo and RAMS him into steel! Ciampa tosses Waller, CLUBS Tony and Bron, then TOSSES Bron! Ciampa TOSSES Tony, then runs to PSCHO KNEE Waller! TRASH CAN LID KNEE for Bron, then for Melo, then for Tony!
Fans fire up as Ciampa gets a trash can, takes a seat on it and applauds! He then SMACKS Waller down with the trash can! Melo attacks Ciampa from behind! Melo clubs away on him, stomps away, then SMACKS him with the kendo stick! Melo says HE is the top champion, but Gargano USES THE CRUTCH! How fitting for DIY! Gargano gives Ciampa the crutch and he JAMS Bron! And JAMS Waller! And JAMS Tony! Then CRUTCH RUSSIAN LNEG SWEEP! Gargano puts Waller in the gap, Ciampa runs in to KNEE Waller into the second ring! Gargano SUPERKICKS Melo, then DIY corner clothesline Tony and Bron! And then they go the other way!
Gargano goes to the gap while Ciampa clotheslines Bron one more time. DIY goes after Tony, ENZIGURI KNEE COMBO! Ciampa clotheslines Bron again, sets up, Gargano runs in but Bron catches Gargano to SLAM him onto Ciampa! Yeah, that used to happen back in the day, too… Fans rally and duel, but they agree ‘This is Awesome!” Waller SMACKS Knight around, Melo rains down hands on Gargano and Bron uses the trash can to SMACK Ciampa while Tony rains fists down on Dunne. Bron RAMS Ciampa into steel! Melo stomps the trash can lid onto Gargano while Waller & Tony LAWN DART Dunne into steel! And then RAM Knight into steel!
Waller smacks Knight and Dunne with the trash can lid, Tony gets his stomps in where he can. Fans want the tables to come into play, but 2.0 says they do this how they want. Black ‘n’ Gold all end up in the gap, but that seems to get a smile from Dunne. Everyone shrugs, they all stand up. They brawl with 2.0 on all sides! DIY has Melo and Bron, Knight TOSSES Waller into the first ring! Dunne brings Tony over to RAM him into Melo! Knight TOSSES Waller into the steel! Black ‘n’ Gold line up with their 2.0 rivals, and they ALL SPLASH against the steel! They fire off on all the new kids, alternating here and there and wherever they can! Fans are electric as Black ‘n’ Gold stands tall!
Ciampa moves some things around, the others throw 2.0 to the second ring. Gargano wedges a trash can into the ropes, Knight throws body shots and stomps into Bron. Gargano brings Melo up and aims at the can, for a LAWN DART! Ciampa CHOPS Waller, hoists him up top and CHOPS him again. The table is set up, Ciampa climbs up and brings Waller up, but Tony SMACKS Ciampa with a trash can lid! And again! Ciampa ends up on the table, Waller adjusts, but Knight goes up to get him! Ciampa gets out of the way in time for the SUPER OVERHEAD SUPLEX through the table!!! Waller ain’t feeling so baller right now but fans lose their minds!
Dunne and Gargano hoist Melo up top in the other ring, throw haymakers on him, then climb up after him. Melo resists, then Tony and Bron join in! TOWER OF DOOM, double powerbomb and a double superplex! But Knight gets Melo for the BFT!! Cover, Tony breaks it! Everyone is down but stirring. Or rather, writhing. Knight and Bron gets up, Knight sends Bron into steel! Knight dribbles Bron against the steel! Then he drags Bron out on the ropes, but Tony kicks him down! Tony stomps away on Knight, rains down fists, and Bron adds stomps. Bron goes up, Tony reels Knight in, but Ciampa SMACKS Tony with a trash can! Then TOSSES it at Bron! And then SMACKS him!
Ciampa sets the trash can in the drop zone and climbs up after Bron. Ciampa gets Bron up, SUPER AIR RAID CRASH onto the trash can!! Cover, TWO!!! Fans are electric as everyone is down again. Tony YANKS Knight into the steel, then kicks low. FISHERMAN SCREW! Tony sets up a table while shouting to his teem to get up. Waller goes up the corner, but Tony wants him on the cage! Waller surely saw what happened to Cora Jade, but he’ll still do as he’s told. Knight is put on the table, SUPER BALLER ELBOW DROP!!! Tony covers, but Dunne breaks it!! Fans are loving “NXT! NXT!” for this! Dunne pushes wreckage out of the way to get after Waller.
Tony crawls to the gap, and he finds a CROWBAR?! When did that get there?! But Dunne SMACKS him with a kendo stick first! And then again! Melo sees Dunne staring him down, and he gets a lid. Melo tosses the lid, but he misses! So much for what he keeps talking about! Dunne SMACKS away on Melo with the stick! Melo grabs the stick so Dunne STOMPS it into him! And then STOMPS Melo’s hand, and BOOTS him down! Melo crawls, Dunne puts the trash can lid on Melo’s hand to STOMP it! Dunne hops up the corner, but Tony JAMS him with the crowbar!! Tony climbs up, CHOKES Dunne with the crowbar, then takes out Dunne’s mouth piece!
Tony puts that in his pocket, to then bring Dunne around and SUPER CROWBAR NECKBREAKER!!! Fans lose their minds all over again! Bron and Ciampa brawl in the other ring while everyone else is down! They go faster and faster, Ciampa BOOTS but Bron ROCKS him! Double LARAITS, then again! Ciampa ducks, but Bron RANAS?!? Bron gets Ciampa in a choke grip, but Gargano SUPERKICKS him! But Bron gets up to choke grip Gargano! Bron trophy lifts, but Ciampa KNEES Bron! Gargano SUPERKICKS Waller, Ciampa has Waller in the ropes! Gargano aims at Bron, ONE FINAL BEAT AND WILLOW’S BELL IN STEREO!!
Fans are thunderous for “DIY! DIY!” and they aim at Bron! MEET ME AT THE CROSSROAD! Double high stack cover, but Melo drags the ref away!! Melo laughs as he takes advantage of the rules, then he rakes Ciampa’s eyes, and LOW BLOWS Gargano! “I told you, Johnny. I don’t miss!” But then Gargano traps Melo’s arms! Gargano is holding Melo for Ciampa’s PSYCHO KNEE!!! It takes Gargano out just as much, but Ciampa drags Melo up. Double underhooks, but Bron SPEARS Ciampa through a table!! Fans lose their minds again, and Bron brings down the straps! Bron trophy lifts Ciampa for the POWERSLAM!! Cover, Team 2.0 win!!

Say it ain’t so! Bron pins the NXT Champion and wins it for his team! The new wave crashed against the shore, is it washing away the Black ‘n Gold from the brand?
My Thoughts:
I wasn’t sure what to expect from the first not TakeOver for NXT, but that change seems to only be in name only. Whatever anyone has been thinking about the 2.0 era, especially the 2.0 talent introduced, I feel like those featured on this card earned their keep. The Women’s WarGames was an awesome opener, BIG respect for Cora Jade doing the riskiest spot of the match. Great story telling with the bad arm, and I just had a feeling Cora would end up getting that pin. Not sure where everyone goes from here, though you can expect Toxic Attraction to put all those titles on the line as soon as New Year’s Evil 2022 in a month against any combination from the Face team tonight.
The tag title match was greater than expected, seems Von Wagner has come into his own at just the right time. I figured Imperium was winning, mostly because it was too soon for Wagner to hold gold, but also because of talk that Kyle O’Reilly has not signed a new NXT contract. Von turning on Kyle was more of a surprise, I thought this here was the “Good-Bye” match, but maybe Kyle VS Von in a cage match will be that farewell that puts Von over. Personally, I think a lot of why Kyle is moving on is because WWE didn’t care to keep Bobby Fish around to do a reDRagon reunion story so that they could be tag champions again. That and RawDown is not promising at all for Kyle. It isn’t all that promising for anyone, but especially not for the Undisputed Era boys.
Speaking of, Strong VS Gacy was a very good match, and it felt like a rare case where WWE did Heel VS Heel. Strong isn’t Face, he still has all of Diamond Mine at ringside. Gacy isn’t Face, Wade Barrett the Heel commentator was fully supporting him, and he has Harland. Harland and Niles interacting was an interesting way to basically tip things in Strong’s favor. But I figured Gacy was losing so that the NXT Cruiserweight Division and its title stays in existence. Now they just need to push some Cruiserweights to be viable challengers. Too bad WWE released a lot of good choices over the last few months…
Grimes VS Hudson was a really good match, and of course Grimes wins. All that hair, it’d be a shame to cut that all away. Though that makes this feud really one sided right now. Too bad they didn’t get to keep the Million Dollar Championship, Hudson would definitely want to hold that belt. And we got an awesome Men’s WarGames main event. I’m a bit surprised both teams with advantage won, but I suppose that Team 2.0 was going to win since we’re in NXT 2.0 and there’s no going back to the black and gold color scheme. Everyone got to look great in it, such as Waller doing the risky spot like Cora did, and then DIY getting to be DIY again. But Bron getting the win and the pin on Ciampa, that’s a big indicator that New Year’s Evil sees a rematch of those two. Maybe the new year brings a new champion?

It is so chaotic, the ref has no choice but to throw this out as a No Contest!

The House clears out the rest of Hontai while Douki CLAWS at Tiger Mask’s face and, well, mask! They all stomp away on the living legend, then stand him up. But Tiger SOBATS Douki! Douki blocks the next kick, and LOW BLOWS Tiger! Then Douki snatches the mask away!! Tiger drops down to cover his face while the fans boo Douki for this disgrace! Young Lions use their shirts to cover Tiger Mask, and out rush Shota, Wato & Yoh! The House retreats, taking the mask as their prize! Hontai helps Tiger Mask stand up, head covered in shirts. Tiger Mask then gets the mic to call out Douki!
Tiger Mask tells Douki, “Is this the only kind of match you can do? So, you can’t do it without using your teammates, you bastard?! I don’t know what to say, but if that’s what you want, then I’ll turn our title match into a LUMBERJACK MATCH!” The fans like the sound of that! Tiger Mask says Douki can choose how many to bring, because it won’t matter! Tiger Mask is gonna sink Douki in this ring, remember that! The fans cheer as the stakes have been raised, but will this gamble only work in the House’s favor? Or can Tiger Mask win the title and retire on top?

Eagles whips Taiji into Fujita’s ENZIGIRI! Then Fujita springboards, MISSILE DROPKICK BACK SUPLEX COMBO! Bridging cover, TWO! Tag back to Fujita and he feeds Taiji to Eagles. But Taiji mule kicks Fujita away! Eagles knees and whips Taiji, but X tags in!

The fans cheer while Yuto flounders away. Goto kicks and fires off forearms in the corner! The fans fire up with Goto as he whips Yuto corner to corner. Yuto comes right back to CLOBBER Goto! Oskar runs in and BLASTS Yashi! The fans fire up for KOB as they stand Goto up.
KOB double whips but Goto grabs the ropes! Goto DUMPS Oskar out, BOOTS Yuto, then Hashi WRECKS Oskar with a dropkick while Goto RUNS Yuto over! Hashi keeps moving, ZANMAI! Goto drags Yuto back up so he and Hashi can “SE~ NO!” BANG THE DRUM! The fans cheer as Yuto writhes! Hashi flexes while Goto stomps Yuto. Goto bumps Yuto off buckles, tags Hashi in, and they dig their boots in. Red Shoes reprimands, then counts, and Bishamon backs off at 4. Hashi drags Yuto up but Yuto ROCKS Hashi! And ROCKS him again! And again! Hashi spins through to CHOP Yuto! Hashi also SMACKS Oskar!
Oskar snarls but stays on the corner as Hashi CHOPS Yuto! Hashi tags Goto, Goto stomps Yuto, then Goto brings Yuto around to CLUB him down. Goto eggs Yuto on, then whips him to ropes. Oskar pushes Goto to the cover, TWO! The fans applaud as Goto toughs it out.
Oskar paces around Goto, drags him up, then THROWS him into the corner! Tag to Yuto and KOB mugs Goto. The fans rally as Yuto snapmares Goto, covers, TWO! Yuto sits Goto up to KICK him in the back! Yuto taunts Goto, kicks him around, and drags him up. Goto CHOPS, and CHOPS, and CHOPS! Yuto SMACKS Goto back down! Tag back to Oskar and he drags Goto around, into a CAMEL CLUTCH! Yuto BLASTS Hashi while Goto endures the stretch! Goto gets one arm free but Oskar keeps on the hold. The fans rally as Goto fights his way over, and manages the ROPEBREAK! Red Shoes counts, Oskar lets go, and Oskar hauls Goto up.
Yuto joins in but Goto BOOTS him away! Oskar shoves Goto to the corner, runs up, but Goto dodges! Oskar hits buckles, and Goto crawls for his corner! Oskar runs up, but Goto avoids the leg drop, brother! Goto continues to crawl while the fans rally up, hot tag to Hashi! The fans fire up as Hashi runs up on Oskar, ELBOW! Whip and- NO, Oskar reverses to send Hashi into the corner! Oskar runs up, but Hashi dodges the splash! Hashi comes back to LARIAT, then he whips, only for Oskar to reverse again! Hashi sunset flips, but Oskar stays standing! Only for Hashi to avoid the elbow drop! Hashi basement DROPKICKS!
The fans fire up as Hashi BLASTS Yuto! Hashi roars, the fans cheer, and Hashi circles the giant German. Hashi brings Oskar up and reels him in, but Oskar fights the suplex! Oskar powers free, scoops Hashi, but Hashi slips free to CHOP! And ROCK! Hashi roars, runs, but Oskar reels him in! HUGE mat slam, then the ELBOW DROP! Cover, TWO! Hashi toughs it out but Oskar snarls as he stands back up. Oskar stands Hashi up, and with both hands, HANGING NECK- DDT COUNTER! Hashi turns things around on Oskar and the fans rally up again! Hashi goes to a corner, then he runs up on Oskar, only for Oskar to scoop and SLAM!
The fans fire up while both men crawl, and Oskar hot tags Yuto! Yuto swaggers over to Hashi, stomps him down, then stands him up. Hashi fires body shots but Yuto DECKS him for it! Yuto drags Hashi back up, whips him to ropes, but Hashi DROPKICKS the leg! Yuto falls over and the fans rally again! Hashi crawls, hot tag to Goto! Goto RUNS Yuto over! And ELBOWS him down! And whips, only for Yuto to reverse! Goto still RUNS Yuto over! Goto runs to ELBOW DROP! Cover, TWO! Yuto is tougher than that but Goto brings him right up. But Yuto fights the fireman’s carry with elbows! Goto swings, Yuto fires hands in return!
Yuto bobs ‘n’ weaves to SMACK Goto with palm strikes! Yuto backs Goto down to a corner, KNEES him low, then SOBATS! Goto sits, Yuto gets gangsta! “BOMBACLAT!” DOUBLE KNEES! Yuto then drags Goto to the cover, TWO! The fans cheer as Goto toughs it out. Yuto stays close, and he sits Goto up. Yuto runs, ICE- NO! Goto blocks the kick! But Yuto ROKCS Goto! Yuto runs, but into the fireman’s carry! USHIGOROSHI! Hashi returns to BLAST Oskar! Hashi calls to Goto and they get Yuto up! Fireman’s carry, FIERCE FLASH! The fans rally as Bishamon brings Yuto back up, dragon sleeper and leg lift! But Oskar LCUBS Hashi!
Oskar kicks Goto, runs the ropes, but Goto follows! Goto LARIATS, but Oskar stays up! Hashi SUPERKICKS, but Oskar is still up! Bishamon double whips, but Oskar DOUBLE LARIATS! The fans fire up as all four men are down! Oskar bails out, but Yuto and Bishamon are all still down. Red Shoes ushers Hashi out of the ring, and he checks as Yuto and Goto crawl to corners. The fans rally up as both men rise. Yuto runs up, but Goto puts him right up top! DRAPING GTR!! But Goto can’t make the cover! The fans rally as both men crawl again, and Goto uses the ropes to stand up. Goto roars, aims, and BUZZSAW!
But Yuto rises to his feet! Goto fireman’s carries, G T W! Cover, TWO! The fans rally again as Yuto survives! Goto dragon sleepers, but Yuto wrenches through. Goto ducks the haymaker, but Yuto blocks the saido, short arm LARIAT! The fans rally as both men are down again! Goto and Yuto crawl, reach out, and hot tag to Hashi and Oskar! They both run up, but Oskar RUNS Hashi over! Oskar motions to calm down, and he grins as he brings Hashi up. Oskar whips Hashi corner to corner hard, and Hashi bounces off the buckles before landing on the mat! Hashi writhes but Oskar storms over to him.
Oskar drags Hashi up, whips corner to corner again, and just as hard! Hashi again bounces off buckles and writhes on the mat. The fans rally while Oskar takes his time walking over to Hashi. Oskar taunts Hashi, stands him up, and whips, but Hashi rebounds to LARIAT! The fans fire up as Hashi and Oskar both wobble. Oskar CLUBS Hashi down! Oskar drags Hashi up, Yuto joins in, but Hashi BOOTS Yuto away! Hashi CLUBS away on Oskar, but Oskar blocks the lariat! Yuto ROCKS Hashi, then he and Oskar hit THE RUMBLING BOMB!! Cover, but Goto breaks it! Yuto fires off on Goto, TOSSES him out, then regroups with Oskar.
Yuto & Oskar call for the end, and they haul Hashi up! Feed to Oskar, but Hashi SHOTGUNS him first! Hashi stands but AMBITION RIGHT hits first! Then ICE HIGH! Yuto calls to Oskar and they try again. Feed, scoop, and- GOTO LARIATS YUTO! Hashi victory rolls Oskar! TWO!! Goto PENALTY KICKS Oskar down! The fans fire up as Bishamon still has life! Oskar rises in a corner, and Goto sends Hashi in for a LARIAT! Then Goto adds MURAMASA! Goto climbs, Hashi lifts, and somehow, they hit the DANGEROUS LIBRA!! Cover off the super bulldog, but YUTO BREAKS IT! The fans fire up as all four men are down!
The fans rally up as Goto brings Yuto around. Yuto DECKS Goto, kicks him out, but Hashi LARIATS Yuto! The fans fire up again as Hashi roars! Hashi runs at Oskar in the corner and LARIATS! Then he brings Oskar in, hooks a leg, but Oskar fights the lift! Oskar fires body shots, Hashi staggers back, but Hashi LARIATS again! And SUPERKICKS! Oskar wobbles but he roars as he runs back up! Hashi dodges a boot, and he LARIATS Oskar down! Cover, TWO! Oskar is tougher than that but the fans fire up again. Hashi feeds off the energy and he powers up like Goto would! SUPERKICK! Hashi roars, and he brings Oskar back up!
Hashi hooks the leg, and KUMAGOROSHI!! Cover, TWO!!! Oskar survives, with Yuto so close and yet so far because of Goto! Goto throws Yuto back out, then brings Oskar back up. The fans fire up as Goto dragon sleepers and Hashi lifts the legs! But Oskar flails and fights free of Hashi! Oskar powers out of the dragon sleeper, but Hashi HEADBUTTS him down! Yuto fires off on Goto, then runs, but into a fireman’s carry! Hashi is back, FIERCE FLASH into the dragon sleeper! Hashi has the legs, but Oskar has a SLEEPER on Hashi! Hashi is stuck in The Nightmare Hold while Goto fights Yuto off.
Hashi RAMS Oskar into a corner, Goto LARIATS! Hashi LARIATS! Then Hashi goes up while Goto clinches! SUPER GOTO GO TO HUNTER! The fans fire up again as Hashi SMACKS Yuto down! Bishamon roars as they get Oskar back up and in, but Oskar again kicks free! But Hashi CODE BREAKERS! Goto dragon sleepers, Hashi has the legs, and this time for sure! SHOTO!! Cover, YUTO BREAKS IT!!! The fans are thunderous as Yuto saves Oskar with nanoseconds to spare! Red Shoes checks all four guys as they stir, and the fans rally up again. Hashi sits up first, he calls to Goto, and Goto pushes up off the mat.
The fans cheer as Bishamon roars! They stand up, and Hashi brings Yuto around. But Yuto fires forearms and elbows! But then Hashi mule kicks! Goto clinches, Hashi runs, but Yuto sends Goto into Hashi! Then he ROCKS Goto! Goto ROCKS Ice, but Ice ROCKS Goto! The fans get fired up with every forearm! Yuto swings, but Goto spins him, URA GTR! Then Goto runs, but Yuto blocks the lariat to ROUNDHOUSE! Then he blocks the ridge hand! Oskar is up, Yuto sends Goto to him! Scoop and K O B DRIVER!! But they can’t make the cover! The fans are thunderous again as Yuto snarls and Oskar rises!
Yuto brings Hashi up, sends him to Oskar, but Hashi ROCKS Oskar first! Then he ROCKS Yuto! Hashi CHOPS Yuto, ROCKS him again and again, then DOUBLE CHOPS! Hashi runs, but Yuto dodges! Oskar scoops! Hashi slips free to SHOVE Oskar into Yuto! Half nelson, KARMA CRADLE! TWO!! CRUELLA!! The fans are thunderous again as all four men are back down! Yuto roars, he drags Hashi up, and the fans rally behind him! Goto anchors Yuto’s leg, then drags himself up. Yuto stares Goto down before he DECKS him! Red Shoes reprimands about closed fists, but Yuto just roars! Feed to Oskar for the scoop, K O B DRIVER!!! Cover, KOB wins!!
Winners: Oskar & Yuto-Ice, by pinfall (still IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions)
Goto & Hashi put up the fight you’d expect from former tag team champions, but they are still just former tag team champions! What will it take for them to #TurnItAllAround now that they’ve fallen behind?
As for the champs, it takes them a moment to stand back up, but they do stand for Red Shoes to raise their hands in victory. Yuto then sits back down before getting the mic. Yuto calls to Bishamon and asks they wait a moment. Yuto knows normally, the losers have nothing to say, but he wants them to hear this. He was fortunate to see their matches, and knows their philosophy of pushing forward, never giving up, and being able to turn things around. Yuto’s opinion is that even as a Young Lion in the black trunks, he thought of them as incredible strong, warm-hearted, and straightforward guys. The fans applaud that.
Yuto says if Bishamon felt the pure essence of pro-wrestling, then please come again, KOB will do this any time. The fans also applaud that, and Oskar helps Yuto stand up. Yuto continues by saying, “See you again.” Bishamon exits, and Yuto says his body aches and creaks from all that damage. But right now, being alive and being a pro-wrestler is the most fun he’s ever had! He is pretty sure pro-wrestling exists just so Yuto can live. Maybe, you guys who also love pro-wrestling feel the same. The fans cheer that, too! Yuto says he and they are all lucky, cuz pro-wrestling is an escape. If anything happens, they can always come back to wrestling!
Yuto is a huge fan of wrestling! He knows the fans cameramen, the staff, everyone in this company and in this industry in general, are all fans, too! So don’t worry, whatever your crappy reality is, pro-wrestling can save you from it. The fans cheer, that, too! Yuto promises that watching wrestling, you don’t have to think. A false version of himself is rubbish. Only raw emotion shows the real! Just feel! When you want to feel truly alive, watch pro-wrestling! The fans applaud again, and Yuto knows all you guys should just shut up and spend your time and money on Yuto & Oskar! You won’t lose anything, they ARE pro-wrestling!
The fans cheer again, and Yuto says it may vary from person to person. Whether it is work, school, home, or whatever else! As a reward, let’s share pro-wrestling together! Yuto has Oskar by his side, but also all of you “addicts!” The fans applaud, and Yuto says KOB is big money! They’re the best team in the world! And from now on, don’t think, just feel! LET’S GET HIGH! Tch tch, BIG UP! Oskar & Ice continue to reign, will there ever be a team that can keep up with their high?
My Thoughts:
A great Wrestling Redzone in the middle of the Road to Wrestling Dontaku, and I fully admit to forgetting about the first part of said Road to Wrestling Dontaku. Very good stuff in Tiger Mask escalating things for him and Douki, and I believe the House of Torture was also involved in NJPW’s previous Lumberjack Match, so maybe that tradition can replace the Bullet Club War Dogs’ Dog Kennel Cage Match. But it sounds like it’ll just be a reason to have everyone already ringside for when Tiger Mask loses his last chance at the title, because I don’t see NJPW changing tradition. Even so, it’ll be an awesome match with Tiger Mask giving it his all until the very end.
Speaking of, we got that out of the tag title matches tonight. I didn’t think TMDK would win the belts back already, but this adds to the great rivalry between them and Super Extreme. Super Extreme could make number four the one they finally win, it all just fits so well. And great match from KOB VS Bishamon. However, given it was Bishamon, who not only had their run as tag champions but are also Six Man Champions with Boltin Oleg, KOB was naturally winning here. Great stuff for them, and there are some good possibilities for who faces them next, so we’ll see where they go for Dontaku and beyond.

FTR make their entrance, and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum isn’t exactly happy about it. Stokely leads the way into the ring and they get the mics. Cash starts off by saying, “Big Cope, we saw the challenge you laid out, very interesting. Very interseting indeed. So I know you probably think you’re gonna pull one over on us, that you’re gonna trick us into accepting this, but all you really had to do was bring something, anything to the table to entice us. And I gotta say, you saying that if you lose again to FTR, that you will no longer team? That sounds pretty enticing to me. So I’m not gonna drag this out. Challenge accepted!”
The fans cheer that, and Dax says of course Cope would say he deserves the rematch. But why? Because of some success they had 25 YEARS ago? Dax will lay a little cold, hard truth on Cope & Christian. Nobody wants them here! The fans boo that, but Dax says FTR doesn’t want them here! The locker room doesn’t want them here! As dumb as these fans are, they’re smart enough to know that they don’t want C&C here! No one associated with AEW wants C&C here! And now, give Dax a moment. Cope didn’t have to play his little mind games like challenging their man hoods. All they had to do was put their careers on the line.
The fans boo more, but Dax says the New York Street Fight sounds great to them, but let’s do it one better! If they’re gonna have this match with all this riding on the line… Dax wants there to be no more questions! No more debate! New York Street Fight, I QUIT STYLE! Dax wants C&C’s wives, daughters, dogs, and God Almighty to hear the one thing that is embarrassing to every man: Five letters, two words, “I QUIT!” And then after that, C&C, you can go on about your way, this here is done. Continue on with your nostalgia run while FTR goes on as the greatest tag team to EVER do this! Now the ball is in your court, Cope. #TopGuysOut.
The fans boo, but FTR saw the tag careers and raised them their dignity! Will Cope & Cage call that bet as we all go Double or Nothing? But as FTR takes their exit, The Conglomeration makes their entrance! FTR gets in their face, so The Conglomeration SHOVES them down! Will Cassidy, Roddy & Kyle show FTR what a real team looks like? Or will the Don Callis Family add more gold to the treasury?

The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see which eclectic combination is a winning combination!
The trios sort out and Kyle starts against the Alchemist of Lucha. The bell rings as Kyle and Hechi circle, feel things out, and tie up. Kyle slips around to wrench and wristlock, but Hechi powers through to headlock. Kyle slips out, drops down, tangles up the leg but Hechi makes it a cover! ONE, and Kyle drags Hechi down. Hechi slips through, but so does Kyle. Kyle goes to a headlock but Hechi makes it a facelock. Kyle wrenches, headlocks again, but Hechi powers up and fires body shots. Hechi powers out, then catches Kyle for the ROPE SLEEPER! The fans are torn but Conglomeration protests. The ref counts, Hechi lets go at 4.
Hechi blocks a kick, ROCKS Kyle, then DRAGON SLEEPERS the leg! Kyle hobbles away but Hechi KICKS him! Hechi gets the leg again, but Kyle wrenches through to an ELBOW BREAKER! Kyle BOOTS Hechi to the corner, tag to Roddy, and they KICK and CHOP on repeat! Tag to Cassidy, he pushes Hechi for Roddy to scoop. BACKBREAKER and… Cassidy hops down to ELBOW DROP! The fans cheer as Cassidy flexes. But then Hechi tags Archer! Murderhawk Monster tells Freshly Squeezed he done messed up. Cassidy takes his sunglasses off, nods, and he tags Roddy! The fans cheer as Roddy CHOPS and fires off!
Archer shoves Roddy, Roddy ducks ‘n’ dodges, but Archer CLOBBERS Roddy! The fans rally as Roddy dodges Archer, tags to Andrade and Cassidy! The fans cheer as Cassidy and “The Real Latino Man” stare down. Cassidy puts his hands up, but Andrade keeps them from the pockets. Andrade says hold on as he takes off the belt. But then Andrade wags his finger, they’re not getting the full Andrade. But Cassidy fires off “devastating” kicks! The fans fire up as Cassidy then YANKS the belt away! Andrade runs up, but Cassidy dodges to PANTS Andrade1 the fans fire up as Cassidy runs and SHOTGUNS Andrade down!
Cassidy kips up, the fans fire up, and Cassidy puts Andrade in a corner. Tag to Kyle, he climbs up, and Kyle rains down fists! The fans count along, and Kyle goes all the way to TEN! Kyle then tags Roddy, Roddy climbs up, and he rains down fists, and goes to TEN very quickly! Tag to Cassidy, he climbs up, and he rains down ONE! The fans cheer again and Cassidy winds it up. Andrade is outside, but he dodges Kyle! Archer CLOBBERS Kyle! Roddy runs, but Hechi trips him up! Cassidy BLATSS Andrade but Roddy is sent into the desk! Andrade returns to CLOBBER Cassidy, and then he flexes.
Andrade YANKS Cassidy’s shirt away as payback for the pants, but Collision goes picture in picture.
Andrade puts the Cassidy shirt on, then TOSSES Cassidy out! Andrade goes out after Cassidy, SMACKS him off barriers, then finds another lovely lady in the audience. She takes the Cassidy shirt off Andrade before she takes her selfie with him. Andrade makes sure to also get the selfie of Archer beating up Cassidy. Andrade puts Cassidy back in, Hechi POSTS Roddy, and Andrade covers Cassidy, TWO! Cassidy survives but Andrade stomps him down! Andrade drags Cassidy up by the ear, bumps him off buckles, then he tags Hechi. Hechi hammerlocks and swings Cassidy for the MAD SCIENTIST BOMB! Cover, TWO!
Hechi argues the count but the ref says it was fair. Hechi clamps onto Cassidy with another hammerlock and he brings Cassidy over. Tag to Andrade and they mug Cassidy. Hechi kicks Cassidy down, Archer stomps Cassidy, too, all while Andrade taunts Roddy. The ref has to keep Roddy back, but that lets Archer CHOKE Cassidy! Hechi gets another shot in while Playoff Palooza returns to single picture. Andrade whisp Cassidy into the corner, tags Hechi, and Hechi fires fast hands. Hechi ROCKS Cassidy, Andrade runs up, but Cassidy BOOTS him! And BOOTS Hechi! Cassidy goes up, fires elbows on Archer, then hits a DOUBLE RANA on Andrade y Hechi!
The fans rally but Archer is right in! Archer drags Cassidy back, wags his fingers at The Conglomeration, but Cassidy DUMPS Archer out! Hot tag to Kyle! Kyle BOOTS Hechi, goes up, and FLYING KNEES! Then a BOOT for Andrade, followed by a ROUNDHOUSE, KICK, and a strike fest! Leg sweep and Kyle circles Andrade. Hechi DROPKICKS Kyle! Hechi whips, Roddy tags, and Kyle slips around. Hechi and Kyle switch back and forth, but Kyle ELBOWS Hechi down. Roddy jumps in, he and Kyle run, forearm for Andrade and knee for HEchi! Then they trade! Roddy then weaponizes Cassidy, and he THRWOS him into Andrade!
Roddy whisp Cassidy into Hechi, then scoops to RAM him into Andrade! But Archer grabs them both! But Kyle KICKS away on Archer’s leg! Then Roddy puts Cassidy on Archer’s shoulder, Kyle gives it a push start, TORNADO DDT on Archer! Archer tumbles away, Roddy stomps him, but Hechi BOOTS Roddy! Roddy kicks and CHOPS in return! Roddy whips Hechi but Hechi reverses. Hechi runs up, but into the BOOT! Roddy clinches, Kyle KICKS Hechi, and Roddy hits the ANGLE SLAM! Cover, TWO! Hechi survives but the fans rally as Roddy tags Kyle. Kyle & Roddy double whip, but Andrade sneaks the tag!
Hechi slips around Kyle to shove him into Roddy! Andrade rushes Roddy for a LARIAT, Hechi LARIATS Kyle! They sit Kyle down, Hechi JUMP KNEES Roddy! Andrade soaks up the cheers before he gives Kyle CIEN KNEES! Cover, TWO! Kyle survives but Andrade is amused. Andrade brings Kyle up, around, and snap suplexes! That’s Uno Amigo, and Andrade snap suplexes for Dos! And then some Latino Heat, and THREE- NO, Kyle knees free! Kyle dodges, hot tag to Cassidy! They place Ospreay in a chair, and Moxley takes a seat across from him. Yuta splashes water on Ospreay to wake him up, and Marina puts a towel around him. She wraps it around, gives it some strong tugs, and then a neck massage? Moxley says she’s good, huh? Then he asks Ospreay, “What is it you’re trying to accomplish?” Breaking Moxley’s neck? Breaking his own neck? When Ospreay goes to the ring, when he gets up in the morning, where is Ospreay trying to go? Who is Ospreay trying to be? What is it Ospreay is chasing?
Moxley doesn’t think Ospreay even knows the answers to those questions anymore. It was almost seven years ago that Moxley saw Ospreay for the first time. The power Ospreay wields and the ability Ospreay has… Mind, flesh, blood, muscle, bone. It will all break eventually. You try to run through a brick wall as much as you want, the wall doesn’t go anywhere. But if you step back and realize there is a door, you can walk right through it and become whoever you want on the other side. This, the mind, can be trained, honed properly, so that it will not break. You take dominion over your mind, and you can become a weapon like pro-wrestling has never seen.
But this thing between them has to come to a head one way or another. So they can settle up. Moxley puts a steel chair between them. Ospreay can be just like everyone else. Or, he can become everything he was meant to be. Moxley kisses the ground as he lies down, and he says it is Ospreay’s choice. Ospreay picks up the chair, looks it over, and looks as the Death Riders step back. Ospreay has the cameraman leave, but why? Does Ospreay go through with the easy route of taking Moxley out? Or does he accept The Maniac’s offer and see how far down the rabbit hole he can go?

Windsor wobbles but she hot tags Perse! Perse hurries to aim at Skye, only for Skye to dodge the lariat! Skye kicks, Perse blocks and slips around, GERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, but Thekla breaks it!
Thekla and Windsor scrap their way out of the ring, and Perse has Skye! But Skye sends Perse into the corner! Skye runs up, but into a BOOT! Thekla RAMS Windsor into railing! Perse goes up, up, and MISSILE DROPKICKS Skye! The fans fire up with Perse and she brings Skye back up. Perse reels Skye in, lifts, but Thekla slithers in! That distracts the ref, and JULIA HART appears! The fans boo as she MISTS Perse!! Skye hurries to hop on, CODE BLUE!! Cover, Triangle of Madness wins!

Jack has been golden ever since Revolution, but he knows The Don Callis Family are hungry for titles. Perry overcame #DangerousDavis at Dynasty, but will he regret giving the Family another shot? Or can Jungle Jack figure out this Corrupted Copy?
The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see if Jack continues to live his best Tarzan Life!
The bell rings and the fans cheer Jack as he stands on the corner. Clon says he can do that, and he indeed stands on a corner. The fans cheer, and Jack says okay. They circle, feel things out, and tie up. Jack headlocks, Clon powers up and out, but Jack RUNS him over! Jack blows a kiss, runs, but handsprings over the dropdown. Things keep moving, Jack hurdles and MONKEY FLIPS Clon! Then he DROPKICKS Clon and kips up! Clon bails out but Jack lets his hair down, then he PLANCHAS but into a KNEE! Clon read the code, and now he puts Jack under the apron skirt. Clon HAMMERS away, then he peels away the visor to show off the madness in his eyes!
Clon DROPKICKS Jack out of the apron skirt, then refreshes the count. Clon drags Jack up, SMACKS him off the steps, then climbs up to stand on Jack’s head! The ref counts, Clon taunts Jack, then Clon steps into the ring. Clon rolls back out to refresh the count, and he whips, only for Jack to reverse! Clon hits POST, then Jack uses the post to swing and KICK Clon! Clon ends up in the ring, Jack goes up the corner, MISSILE DROPKICK! Then Jack LARIATS in a corner! Jack scoops for a BLUE THUNDER BOMB! Cover, TWO! Clon is tougher than that but Jack stays cool. Jack brings Clon up, reels him in, only for Clon to STUN GUN Jack on the ropes!
Clone puts Jack on ropes, KICKS the ropes, then LARIATS! Jack flounders, Clon soaks up cheers and jeers, and Collision goes picture in picture.
Jack sputters but Clon is right on him. Clon CHOKES Jack on the ropes, backs off as the ref counts, and Jack coughs and sputters again. Clon hushes the fans cheering Jack on, then he dags Jack to hook a leg and roll into an INVERTED FIGURE FOUR! Jack reaches out for ropes, but Clon rolls him away! Jack still tries, but Clon drags him away! Jack clubs at Clon’s legs but Clon lets go so he can stomp Jack down! Jack CHOPS, Clon KICKS, repeat! Clon then BASEMENT DDTS Jack down! Clon stalks Jack to ropes, then traps him in a modified COBRA TWIST! Clon fishhooks Jack’s mouth and the ref reprimands.
Clon lets go, then shifts into a proper Cobra Twist. Jack endures, Clon shifts to make it part dragon sleeper! Jack endures, reaches out, ROPEBREAK! Clon lets go to stomp Jack down! Clon drags Jack back up, brings him around, and whips him to a corner while Collision goes to break.
Playoff Palooza returns as both men are down. A standing count climbs, but Jack rises up. Jack smacks his leg into working, and the fans rally behind him. Jack ROCKS Clon, Clon ROCKS Jack, then Jack CHOPS! Clon CHOPS back! Jack CHOPS again, but Clon feints to then SOBAT, KICK, and ENZIGIRI! Jack goes to a corner, Clon runs in, but Jack ELBOWS him, ROCKS him, and SLICED BREAD! Cover, TWO!! Clon survives and the fans fire up! Jack fires himself up, drags Clon up and around, and then suplexes. Clon slips free, shoves Jack, but Jack COMEBACK- NO, Clon catches Jack to a clinch! SCORPION KICK!
Clon then hooks Jack up, pops him up, but Jack makes it a DESTROYER! Cover, TWO!! Clon survives again and Jack is beside himself! Jack goes to a corner, takes aim, and he says time to make a sacrifice! But Clon blocks that knee! Then he trips Jack, KICKS and HEEL KICKS, then a lift and POWER KNEE STRIKE!! Cover, TWO!! Jack survives whatever you wanna call that combination, but Clon vows to end this! Clon copies Jack, “SACRIFICE!” But Jack dodges Clon to send him to a corner! Clon goes up and over, MATRIX PELE! Clon then reels Jack back in, POWER- RANA!! Cover, TWO!! Jack handsprings through, comes back, but into a LUMBAR CHECK!
Clon hooks Jack up, MADE IN CYBERSPACE!! Cover, TWO?!? Jack survives the half nelson package piledriver and Clon is stunned! Clon drags Jack to the drop zone, then goes to the ropes! CLONSAULT but onto knees! Jack runs in, goes up and over, GERMAN SUPLEX! Then the GLASS JAW BREAKER KNEE!! Cover, Jack wins!
Winner: “Jungle” Jack Perry, by pinfall (still AEW National Champion)
The gamble did not come back to bite Jack, and he’s still a champion! But will Tarzan Life continue on as we head for Double or Nothing?

Samoa Joe is happy to see “Speak ‘n’ Spell” Shibata again, and he asks what Hook’s been up to. Hook says he’s been holding it down, recruiting for them, that kinda stuff. Aight, cool. Speaking of which, Anthony Bowens steps in and says they’re just the people he was looking for. Bowens welcomes Joe back, and reminds Hook that he said he’d have an answer by “next week.” Turns out, that’s tonight. Bowens is getting tired of waiting, he needs an answer. Is he in The Opps or not? Hook says Bowens needs to take a step back. There is one problem: No more vacancies! Joe asks Bowens, “Do you hear him? Was he clear enough for you? There’s no more vacancies in The Opps.
“Because it sounds like we found our newest one.” Bowens smiles as he and Joe shake hands on it. Hook seems a bit surprised, but he says Bowens passed the test. Welcome to the crew. Bowens smiles, will The 5 Tool Player be just the thing The Opps need to rise back up in AEW?
Six Man Tag: Chris Jericho & The Hurt Syndicate w/ MVP VS The Demand!
The Ayatollah of Rock ‘n’ Rolla returned “home” to AEW, only for Ricochet, Toa Liona & Bishop Kaun to rain on his parade. And after ruining his return to PPV, bald, Ricochet had the audacity to say losing to him was Jericho’s new gimmick. But Ricochet made quite the miscalculation saying no one wanted to team with Jericho to face them. The Demo God called upon the All Mighty & The Standard of Excellence not because they like each other, but because they all despise The Demand! So now, will Jericho & The Hurt Syndicate put the hurt on Bald, Dumb & Ugly? Or will The Demand find a way to add Lashley & Shelton to their list?
The trios sort out and MVP joins commentary while Jericho keeps the fans fired up. Jericho steps up to start against Ricochet, they circle, but then Ricochet tags Kaun. Kaun tags Liona, and they threaten Jericho 3v1. But duh, Lashley & Shelton step in! The fans cheer as these six stare down, and Jericho gets the fans even hotter! Then the brawl is on! The fans cheer as Jericho goes after Ricochet, Lashley throat chops Liona, and Shelton fires off on Kaun! Jericho CHOPS Ricochet, Ricochet fires hands, and Kaun fires shots on Shelton! Shelton just frowns, then ROCKS Kaun! Jericho CLUBS Ricochet but Ricochet CHOPS back!
Ricochet runs up but Jericho TOSSES him out! Shelton ROCKS Kaun, Kaun kicks low, Jericho WRECKS Ricochet with a dropkick! The fans cheer as Shelton STEP-UP KNEES Liona! Lashley RAMS Kaun! Then NECKBREAKER! Lashley LARIATS Kaun up and out, and the fans fire up as Shelton dodges Liona! Shelton comes back to SATELLITE DDT! Liona tumbles out and the fans cheer again. Jericho joins Lashley & Shelton in the ring, then Jericho climbs up! Jericho aims, shrugs, and SUPER CROSSBODIES! Down goes The Demand and the fans fire up again! Jericho is loving it, and so is The Hurt Syndicate, as Collision goes picture in picture.
Jericho stands with Shelton & Lashley, hands raised as if they’ve won already. Ricochet sputters while Jericho keeps the fans chanting. Jericho goes out to line up another shot, and he AX- NO, Liona catches him and POSTS him! Jericho hobbles, Liona runs up on him, and LARIATS him down! Liona storms around, drags Jericho up, and Liona whips Jericho hard into railing! Kaun and Liona high-five and throw up the three for Demand. The ref reprimands but The Demand regroups. Liona tags Ricochet, Ricochet SMACKS Jericho off the apron, then shoves him in the ring. Ricochet AX HANDLES Jericho down, then clamps on a Ground Cobra Twist!
Jericho endures, Ricochet CLUBS him down, then Ricochet THROWS Jericho by his hair! The ref reprimands but Ricochet tags Kaun. The Demand mugs Jericho, Kaun CHOSP him, then Kaun RAMS Jericho int he corner again and again! The ref counts, Kaun tags Ricochet back in, and they continue to mug Jericho. Ricochet clamps on the Ground Cobra Twist again but Jericho endures. Playoff Palooza returns to single picture as the fans rally. Jericho fights up, fires body shots, then CHOPS! And CHOPS! And CHOPS again! Jericho reaches for his corner but Ricochet CLUBS him in the back! Ricochet runs, but Jericho BACKDROPS him!
The fans fire up while both men are down! Ricochet hot tags Kaun, and Kaun blocks Jericho’s path! Jericho reaches out but Hurt Syndicate are just too far away! Jericho endures the bearhug to BELL CLAP! Kaun swings, Jericho dodges, hot tag to Lashley! The fans fire up as Lashley CLOBBERS Kaun, BLASTS Liona, and TOSSES Ricochet! Lashley RUNS Kaun over again, RAMS Ricochet, then RAMS Kaun! And then back to Ricochet! Then MILE HIGH FLATLINER! Then a kick and gut wrench for Kaun! DOMINATOR! Cover, Liona breaks it! The fans boo but Liona drags Lashley up. Liona CLUBS Lashley, whips him, but Lashey reverses!
Lashley LARIATS Liona up and out, then tags Shelton! Shelton waits on Kaun, then slips around to GERMAN SUPLEX! The fans fire up as Shelton GERMAN SUPLEXES again! Then STEP-UP KNEE for Liona! Kaun runs up, Shelton slips around again, GERMAN SUPLEX! Ricochet leaps in, but Shelton gets him for a GERMAN SUPLEX! The fans fire up as Rip City is now Suplex City! Shelton tags Jericho, Jericho winds up, and he trips Ricochet! Ricochet fights the turnover, Liona runs up, but Jericho dodge! Jericho kicks a shin, then trips Liona! But Ricochet POSTS Jericho first! The fans boo but Lashley TOSSES Ricochet!
Lashley RAMS Ricochet, then runs again, but Liona trips him up! Liona drags Lashley out, fireman’s carries, SAMOAN DROP! Ricochet goes up, Jericho SHORYUKENS! And CHOPS! Jericho goes up, up, and rains down fists! The fans count along as Jericho gives Ricochet nine, then TEN before the SUPER STEINER! Ricochet flounders, the fans fire up, but Kaun is up! HAYMAKER! The fans boo but Kaun goes to a corner. Kaun climbs, but Shelton spings up to get him! SUPER ARM-DRAG! The fans fire up as Lashley and Liona meet! Lashley trips but he still SPEARS Liona! CODE BREAKER on Ricochet! Jericho covers, TWO!
Ricochet survives but the fans chant for Jericho! Jericho waits on Ricochet, but Ricochet slips through to backslide! TWO, and Ricochet JUMP KNEES! Shelton is in, he FLAPJACKS Ricochet! Kaun SHOTGUNS Shelton! Lashley SPEARS Kaun! Liona POUNCES Lashley! Liona grins and he runs up on Jericho, but Jericho dodge! Liona tumbles up and out! Jericho dodges Ricochet to waistlock, Ricochet switches, but Jericho victory rolls, to then have the legs! Ricochet fights the turn, but still ends up in the WALLS OF JERICHO!! The fans are thunderous, but Kaun storms in! The ref stops Kaun, and that lets Liona drag Ricochet to safety!
Lashley CLOBBERS Liona and THROWS him into railing! Shelton does the same to Kaun! But Ricochet LOW BLOWS Jericho!! The fans boo but Ricochet pushes Jericho down, and hits the “RICOSAULT!” Cover, Demand wins!!

MVP is as upset as anyone, The Demand used misdirection to steal another victory! But is Ricochet right? Is Jericho just the guy who gets beat up by The Demand every week he shows up? Or can Jericho turn things around before it gets any worse?
