This week on BWN, the Nerds are back in full force to continue their review of Secret Invasion. Nick Fury’s private war against the Skrull Invasion draws near to its conclusion and the penultimate Episode of the series continued to see plot twists, revelations, and more questions. The Nerds break it all down for you as we gear up for the series finale. A stop by the Trailer Park takes a look at the latest trailers for Jules, Invincible Season 2, and The Marvels. Speaking of Ms. Marvel, Marvel comics killed, resurrected, and reimagined Kamala Khan in a ridiculously short time and the Nerds are not so pleased about it. As for the Writers/Actors strike, no end appears in sight as more unions loom on the horizon and the studios continue to seem very much out of touch with the realities of what is going in. Who has the high ground in an increasingly nasty dispute the threatens to divide Hollywood to its core? Lastly, the Nerds take a look at astonishing numbers at the box office for Barbie & Oppenheimer as two movies that could not be more different combined for the biggest post-pandemic box office weekend yet and the vastly more successful of the two might not be what you expected!
